Terms & conditions – Sahara adventure tour

1. Booking & Payment

  • A deposit of 20–30% of the total tour cost is required to confirm your booking.
  • The remaining balance is due before the tour starts or as agreed in writing.
  • Payments can be made via PayPal, bank transfer, or cash.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • More than 20 days before tour start: Full deposit refunded.
  • 10–20 days before tour start: 50% of deposit refunded.
  • Less than 10 days: No refund.
  • No-shows or early departures: No refund.

3. Changes by the Client

  • Minor changes (dates, number of travelers, etc.) must be requested at least 7 days before the tour.
  • Significant changes may result in additional charges depending on availability and operational costs.

4. Changes by Sahara Adventure Tour

  • We may make minor changes to the itinerary due to weather, safety, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • In case of full cancellation by us, we offer a full refund or alternative dates.

5. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend you purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering:

  • Trip cancellation or interruption
  • Medical expenses
  • Baggage loss or delay

6. Health & Fitness

It is your responsibility to ensure you are physically fit for all activities in your tour, such as camel trekking, hiking, or desert camping.

7. Liability

Sahara Adventure Tour is not liable for:

  • Injuries, illnesses, or losses caused by third-party providers (hotels, transport, etc.)
  • Lost, stolen, or damaged belongings
  • Delays, strikes, or force majeure events

8. Travel Documents

You are responsible for having valid passports, visas, and any other required travel documents.

9. Children & Families

  • Children under 15 must be accompanied by an adult.
  • We offer family-friendly tours, which can be adapted to suit all ages.

10. Respect for Local Culture

We encourage all guests to respect Moroccan customs and traditions.
Our guides are here to help you understand local culture and etiquette.

11. Complaints

If you experience any issues, please notify your guide or contact us immediately so we can resolve the matter on-site whenever possible.

12. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Morocco.
